Our beloved father initiated the business In 1995, and started to work as a vendor for other exporters in the region. Within the next few years we took a step forward, and started to supplying our instruments by ourselves in the local market. As our expertise enhanced and our market understanding refined more, we ultimately entered in the international market almost IN 2000 with our quality products and now enjoying a very good fame all over the world.

At now we have three production units, and there are almost 40 skilled workers and qualified management personnel in both the units. We mostly do work with German manufacturers and our engineers and other technical staff has got training from Holland.

We manufacture instruments in a highly Quality Control Environment and use most modern machines under the supervision of highly qualified professionals.

Stainless Steel:
We are using top quality medical grade stainless steel with defined specifications to produce our high quality products. We mostly use the steel type AISI-410, AISI-420, AISI-304, AISI-303 and AISI 440 series with defined specifications as per customer’s requirements. We always maintain the customer’s specified hardness of the instruments, and provide the instruments in all finish types like Satin. Mirror, Sand Blast etc…To further ensure the quality of our instruments, we perform all the requisite tests including Hardness Test, Boil Test, CuSO4 Test and all else deem necessary.
We use best quality German, Japan and french,COBALT & TITANIUM steel in production.All our stainless steel instruments are100% guaranteed RUST or CORROSION free for life time.

Laser Marking System:
We are also please to state that our company is using the sophisticated technology of Laser Marking to mark their instruments. It will give you a better idea about what sophisticated technology we use, and how much we are advance in producing instruments.

Our brand name is “SMAGA” marked on each instrument. However, customer’s specific demand their logo or name is also printed on instruments.

New Or Modified Products:
Smaga Industries, is always ready to produce new products according to modern techniques. So, we encourage you to forward us your master samples /drawings enabling us to make instrument according to demand and submit sample for approval. We use best quality German, Japan and french,COBALT & TITANIUM steel in production.All or stainless steel instruments are 100% guaranteed RUST or CORROSION free for life time. Smaga Industries., agreed to sign written agreement with the customers to supply new instruments only to them.

Quality Warranty:
Smaga Industries, offers 2 year's quality Warranty on its instruments. Free replacement is offered in case of any manufacturing defect or fault, though there are almost nil chances of such happening.

Order Quantity:
The Minimum and Maximum orders are accepted. Minimum orders (below US$ 500/- would be executed on FOB basis).

Payment Terms:
Letter of credit at sight and prepayment or as mutual agreed.

Weight of outer carton is 20 to 25kgs. Instruments are also packed in plastic pouches and blister-packing on specific customer’s request on Additional charges.
